CX Checkpoints

CX Checkpoints happen every time our Clients interact with SHAPE, from a simple phone call, to coming onto Site to seeing our branding on top of a building.

We have broken down the checkpoints based on the journey our clients take with us and laied out different ideas and tips for each moment along the way.

01. Everyday Reputation

SHAPE’s Customer Experience starts as soon as anyone sees our logo, meets one of our people or hears our name mentioned.
